Chachalaca

These pictures were taken on January 13th, 2009 at Bentsen Rio Grande Valley State Park, Mission Tx. They are a fairly large bird and a little difficult to photograph in an interesting position. If someone knowing Spanish calls you a Chachalaca, they're telling you that you're either too loud or talking too much.
